Covid-19 prevention concept 

Many prevention measures have already become second nature to all of us; after all, we are constantly faced with them in our daily lives. We are convinced that vaccination is sensible, but we also respect the opinions of those who think differently.

With commen sense, flexibility and based on respectful interaction with each other, we adapt our working methodes to the changing conditions with carefully targeted measures. These currently include:

Our employees are constantly "up to date"
  • All employees receive ongoing training with respect to COVID-19. Fundamental knowledge, hygiene guidelines, room cleaning, ventilation of rooms, compliance with minimum distances, etc. take centre stage in daily meetings
  • The measures are trained "on the job" and continuous monitoring by means of checklists ensures the implementation of our internal guidelines
  • The measures are continuously evaluated. In the case that new information emerges, the measures will be adapted accordingly

Hygiene concept
  • We try to avoid crowding in the hotel as far as possible through equalisation measures (time shifting, signs, directional arrows, etc.).
  • Our employees take particular care to disinfect critical contact points such as lift buttons, door handles, menus, etc.
  • The already stringent hygiene requirements for cleaning the sanitary facilities have been increased, and cleaning intervals have been shortened accordingly. Cleaning is carried out more often and more thoroughly
  • Sufficient disinfectant dispensers are placed throughout the hotel. Our guests can obtain the prescribed FFP2 masks free of charge if required
  • Our guests have the option of using disinfection dispensers and gloves at key points in the restaurant
Safety measures among employees
  • Our employees wash and disinfect their hands constantly and/or wear disposable gloves
  • Many team members are already vaccinated, plus our staff are regularly tested for Covid
  • Our employees' health is checked when they start work by measuring their temperature. The employee stays off duty if there are visible symptoms of illness
