All prices in your 4-star superior Hotel Schöne Aussicht are, unless otherwise stated, per stay including half board, the use of our wellness and bathing area and a free parking space (underground parking up to a clearance height of 2.10 meters on request plus EUR 19.00 per day).

In the 4-star superior Hotel Schöne Aussicht the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH) apply. All prices are per person and day (in EUR) excluding local tax, including all inclusive services according to the reservation confirmation sent to you.

All our offers are always compiled with daily updated prices. We therefore reserve the right to change prices during the season. 

Not included in the price of accommodation is the local tax of EUR 4.00 per adult per day.

Upon booking, a deposit of 40% or 100% (Best Price Rate) is due within 14 days. Please note that a missing deposit does not automatically lead to a cancellation of your booking. The booking contract is still valid and all policies as per the booking confirmation are still in effect.

The deposit of 40% of the total amount is to be paid to us by bank transfer (free of charge for the recipient). You can also pay the deposit by MasterCard and VISA via this link. You will be redirected directly to the online payment window via a secure, encrypted connection.

In case of early cancellation, the deposit will of course be returned within 14 days according to our cancellation policy (see below).

For payment we accept cash in Euro, debit card and EC card as well as credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). Unfortunately, travelers checks can not be accepted.

Our hotel is operated as an Adults Only Hotel. On the day of arrival our guests must be at least 16 years old. We ask for your understanding that we can not make exceptions in this regard.

• Your room is available from 02:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

• On the day of departure your room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
• Our reception is open daily from 07:30 a.m. to 09:30 p.m. If you arrive later than 09:30 p.m., please inform us in advance.

If available, you can move into your room earlier as part of an early check-in (for an additional fee) or leave your room later as part of a late check-out (for an additional fee). Our reception team will be happy to answer any further questions you may have. Alternatively, our changing rooms (with shower facilities) are available to you free of charge.

For both early check-in and late check-out, you can park your car comfortably and safely in the underground garage (for an extra charge) or in a free parking space, not far from the hotel. You may drive in front of the hotel at any time for loading and unloading.

Out of consideration for other guests unfortunately no pets are allowed in our hotel.
