Surrounded by mountain ranges that form an infinite expanse and yet seem close enough to touch: the Panorama Restaurant and the sun terrace of the Schöne Aussicht. A dream location - perhaps even more so in summer than in winter. Because now the sun pours its golden light over the inviting lounge furniture and loungers from early morning until late at night. Day guests are also very welcome here.

The Nature Park Ötztal comprises several protected areas and stretches from the valley floor up high into alpine territory formed by glacial movements. Its highest point is the Ötztaler Wildspitze with its 3,774 m. A prime destination for mountaineers on the rope of local mountain guides - but by no means the only thing waiting here for nature fans.

HIKING BASECAMp

With its location at the top of the mountain at over 2,000 m, our house is predestined as a starting point for hiking adventures. Hiking trails of various degrees of difficulty start a few metres away from the hotel. Regardless of whether you place more value on large differences in altitude or are one of the long-distance connoisseurs, the "Schöne Aussicht" is the right point to set off in the direction of the Rotkogelhütte, Gaislach Alm or Rosskirpl (to name but a few).

We will gladly prepare a packed lunch for you on the way. Let our reception team know in good time when you are setting off.

Day guests reach the Schöne Aussicht coming from Sölden via the hiking trail Sölden-Hochsölden or by car via a well-maintained road. Even the way up to us is a feast for the eyes.

There are plenty of free parking spaces on site at the hotel. We look forward to welcoming you to our sun terrace before or after your tour. Open daily (a la carte from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm).
